1From I-5 Northbound

Take exit 299B toward City Center. Merge onto SW Naito Parkway heading north. Continue for 0.8 miles, then turn right onto SW Industrial Way at the traffic light. Continue for 0.5 miles past the rail crossing and turn left onto Industrial Drive. Our facility is on the right at number 1247. Look for the large green Pallets Eco sign on the building. Total time from I-5: approximately 5 minutes.

2From I-5 Southbound

Take exit 300A toward Lower Downtown. Follow signs for SW Macadam Avenue and stay in the right lane. Turn left onto SW Industrial Way at the second traffic light after the exit ramp. Continue for 0.3 miles and turn right onto Industrial Drive. Our facility is on the left at number 1247. Total time from I-5: approximately 4 minutes.

3From I-84 Westbound

Merge onto I-5 South at the interchange. Take exit 300A toward Lower Downtown and follow the I-5 Southbound directions above. Allow approximately 15 minutes from the I-84/I-5 interchange during peak hours and 8 minutes during off-peak. The interchange can be congested between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM on weekdays.

4From Portland International Airport (PDX)

Exit the airport following signs for I-205 South. Merge onto I-84 West toward Portland City Center. Continue on I-84 West for approximately 8 miles, then merge onto I-5 South. Take exit 300A toward Lower Downtown and follow the I-5 Southbound directions above. Total drive time from PDX is approximately 25 to 35 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

5Public Transit (TriMet)

Take TriMet Bus Line 35 (Macadam/Greeley) from downtown Portland toward the South Waterfront district. Exit at the SW Industrial Way stop and walk east on Industrial Way for approximately 4 minutes to Industrial Drive. Turn right and our facility is at number 1247. Alternatively, take the Portland Streetcar to the SW Moody/Meade stop and walk 12 minutes south through the industrial district. TriMet trip planner at trimet.org can provide real-time schedules and route options.

Parking & Facility Access

Visitor Parking

We have 20 dedicated visitor parking spots in the paved lot directly in front of our main office entrance. Spots are clearly marked with green Pallets Eco signage. Parking is free for all visitors, clients, and tour guests. Handicap-accessible spots are located closest to the front entrance. During peak hours, overflow parking is available in the unpaved lot to the west of the building, with a short gravel path to the front door.

Truck Staging Area

Our truck staging area features 10 bays for tractor-trailers and large commercial vehicles, located on the east side of the building. Drivers should enter from Industrial Drive and follow signs to the staging area. Check-in is handled at the driver window adjacent to Bay 1. Average wait time for scheduled pickups and deliveries is under 15 minutes. We recommend arriving within your scheduled 2-hour delivery window for the fastest service.

Loading Dock Access

Our loading dock operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. The dock has four bays equipped with hydraulic levelers and can accommodate standard 53-foot trailers. For oversized loads or flatbed deliveries, use the east-side staging area. All dock visitors must check in with operations staff and wear a high-visibility vest while in the loading area. Vests are provided at the dock entrance.

What to Expect

When You Arrive

Here is what you will see when you visit our Portland headquarters for the first time.

As you turn onto Industrial Drive from SW Industrial Way, our facility is unmistakable. A large green and cream sign reading "Pallets Eco — Sustainable Pallet Solutions Since 2008" marks the entrance to our property. The main office building is a modern single-story structure with a sage-green metal roof and large windows, set back from the road behind the visitor parking lot.

Walking through the front entrance, you will be greeted by our reception team in a bright, open lobby. The reception area features a living wall of native Oregon ferns and mosses, comfortable seating, and a display case showcasing our awards, certifications, and a timeline mural of company milestones. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water are available for all visitors.

Beyond the lobby, floor-to-ceiling windows look out onto the operations floor, giving visitors a view of the pallet inspection, grading, and repair process in action. To the right of the lobby, a hallway leads to meeting rooms, the finance and sales offices, and the stairway to the second-floor training center and custom design studio.

Outside, the pallet yard extends behind the main building, organized into clearly labeled sections: incoming inventory, Grade A stock, Grade B stock, Grade C and economy pallets, recycling staging, mulch and biomass output, and the heat treatment kiln area. The yard is paved in the high-traffic zones and maintained to industrial cleanliness standards. Forklift traffic is common, so all yard visitors are provided with high-visibility vests and escorted by a staff member at all times.

Free 45-60 minute guided tours of our Portland HQ are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Tours must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Groups of up to 15 people can be accommodated. Email info@pallets-eco.com with your preferred date and group size.

Sales Consultations

Design Studio Sessions

Global Ready

International Inquiries

If you are shipping products internationally and need export-compliant pallets, our team has extensive experience with ISPM 15 requirements, customs documentation, and international logistics coordination. We produce heat-treated, stamped pallets that are accepted by customs authorities worldwide.

Our international services include ISPM 15 heat treatment and stamping, phytosanitary certificates, export packing lists tailored to destination country requirements, coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and multi-language documentation in English, Spanish, and Mandarin. We have supplied export pallets for shipments to over 30 countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America.

For international inquiries, email export@pallets-eco.com with your destination country, pallet specifications, quantity, and shipping timeline. Our export coordinator will respond within one business day with a comprehensive quote including treatment, documentation, and delivery to your freight forwarder or port.

Insurance & Liability Coverage

All pallets transported by our fleet are covered under our commercial cargo insurance policy with a per-shipment limit of $100,000. Our general liability coverage is $2 million per occurrence and $5 million aggregate. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for clients who require them for their own compliance or procurement processes.

If pallets are damaged during transit by our fleet, we handle the claim process end to end. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing quality@pallets-eco.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. Our quality team will review the claim within one business day and arrange replacement or credit. For third-party carrier shipments, we will assist in filing the claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Billing Support & Payment

Our billing team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PT. For invoice inquiries, payment status, or account questions, email billing@pallets-eco.com with your account number or invoice number. We accept company checks, ACH bank transfers, wire transfers, and all major credit cards. ACH setup requires a completed authorization form, which your account manager will provide.

Credit applications for net-30 or net-60 terms are processed within 3 to 5 business days. We require a completed credit application form, two business references, and authorization for a standard business credit check. Approved accounts receive invoiced billing with payment reminders sent at 15 days and 25 days. Late payments beyond 60 days may result in account hold until the balance is resolved.

If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate to the Director of Operations by replying to the response email with "ESCALATE" in the subject line. We understand that supply chain emergencies do not always happen during business hours. If you have an urgent pallet need outside of our regular hours (Monday through Friday 7AM-5PM, Saturday 8AM-12PM), we offer a dedicated after-hours email response process.

Send your request to urgent@pallets-eco.com with "URGENT" in the subject line. After-hours emails to this address are monitored by our on-call operations manager, who will respond within 2 hours. Depending on the situation, we may be able to arrange same-day or next-morning service for customers within the Portland metro area.
