Grade A
Premium / Like New
Pallets in excellent condition with minimal cosmetic wear. No broken boards, no protruding nails, clean appearance with no significant staining or contamination. Full structural integrity with consistent sizing. Ideal for retail display, pharmaceutical distribution, food-grade applications, export shipments, and any situation where presentation and cleanliness matter. These pallets have typically seen only 1-2 use cycles or have been meticulously refurbished to like-new condition.

Grade B
Standard / Good Condition
Reliable pallets with normal wear from typical use cycles. Fully functional and structurally sound with all boards intact. May show minor cosmetic blemishes such as slight discoloration, surface marks, or minor scuffing. This is the workhorse grade: the most popular choice for warehousing, general shipping, manufacturing, and distribution operations. Grade B offers an outstanding balance of quality and cost-effectiveness.

Our 9-Point Inspection Process
Every pallet we sell, whether new or recycled, goes through a comprehensive 9-point inspection. This process ensures consistent quality and grade accuracy across every order we fulfill.
Structural Integrity
All stringers and blocks tested for cracks, splits, and load-bearing capacity. Any stringer showing signs of weakness is replaced.
Board Condition
Every top and bottom deck board inspected for breaks, excessive wear, warping, and secure fastening. Damaged boards replaced with matching lumber.
Fastener Security
All nails, screws, and staples checked for proper depth and holding strength. Protruding fasteners are driven flush or replaced.
Dimensional Accuracy
Length, width, and height measured and verified against grade specifications. Pallets outside tolerance are resized or reclassified.
Contamination Check
Inspection for chemical spills, oil stains, mold, pest damage, and other contamination. Contaminated pallets are isolated and processed separately.
Surface Quality
Top deck surface assessed for splinters, rough spots, and potential product damage risks. Rough areas are sanded or boards replaced.
Entry Access
Fork entry openings verified for proper clearance and dimension. Both two-way and four-way entry configurations confirmed functional.
Weight Capacity
Random samples from each batch are load-tested to verify they meet the weight capacity specifications for their assigned grade.
Grade Classification
Final grade assignment (A, B, or C) based on composite score across all inspection criteria. Grade label applied to each pallet.
