Coordinated Across States for Speed and Reliability
Our multi-state logistics network is built around a hub-and-spoke model with Portland as our primary hub and regional satellite facilities in key markets. This architecture allows us to maintain large inventory positions close to demand centers while optimizing transportation costs and delivery times across our entire service territory.
Every delivery is coordinated through our centralized dispatch system, which uses real-time GPS tracking and route optimization algorithms to minimize empty miles, reduce fuel consumption, and ensure on-time performance. Our dispatchers monitor every route in real-time and can adjust for traffic, weather, or last-minute order changes.
We coordinate with a network of vetted carrier partners for routes beyond our direct fleet coverage, extending our reach while maintaining our quality and reliability standards. Every partner carrier undergoes our qualification process and is held to the same on-time and damage-free delivery metrics as our own fleet.

Our Distribution Strategy
We have designed our distribution network to balance speed, cost efficiency, and environmental impact. Here is how we move pallets from source to your facility.
Hub Warehouses
Our primary hub in Portland and regional hubs in key markets maintain large inventory positions of new, recycled, and heat-treated pallets. These hubs serve as the primary supply points for their surrounding service areas and as staging points for cross-state shipments.
12 facilities across 10 states
Scheduled Routes
Over 150 weekly scheduled routes connect our facilities and customer locations. Routes are optimized for load consolidation, meaning your pallets travel alongside other orders headed in the same direction, reducing per-unit transportation costs and carbon emissions.
150+ routes per week, 6 major corridors
Reverse Logistics
Our delivery trucks never run empty. Every outbound delivery route includes scheduled pickups of used, damaged, or surplus pallets from customer locations. These pallets are returned to our facilities for sorting, repair, recycling, or repurposing, completing the circular economy loop.
78% average recycling rate across all operations
Why Local Matters in the Pallet Industry
Pallets are heavy, bulky, and expensive to ship long distances. That is why having local service capability in every market we serve is not just convenient, it is essential for delivering value.
Faster Delivery Times
With inventory positioned in local warehouses, we can fulfill orders in hours rather than days. Same-day delivery in Oregon and next-day delivery across the Pacific Northwest means your production lines never stop waiting for pallets. For time-sensitive operations, every hour counts.
Lower Transport Costs
A standard 48x40 pallet weighs 30-70 pounds. Shipping hundreds or thousands of pallets cross-country adds significant freight costs. Our local inventory model means shorter distances between our warehouse and your dock, translating directly to lower per-pallet delivery costs and better pricing.
Local Market Knowledge
Every market has unique characteristics. Our local teams understand the dominant industries, seasonal demand patterns, regulatory requirements, and logistics infrastructure in each area. This means better inventory planning, more accurate delivery estimates, and solutions tailored to the specific needs of your region.
Faster Recycling Turnaround
Local recycling facilities mean your used pallets are picked up and processed faster, keeping your yard clear and getting repaired pallets back into circulation quickly. This supports a healthier circular economy and reduces the need for new pallet manufacturing.
Reduced Carbon Footprint
Shorter delivery distances mean fewer miles driven and less fuel burned per pallet delivered. Our local-first model reduces the carbon footprint of every transaction, supporting your sustainability goals while keeping costs competitive.
Responsive Customer Support
When you work with a local team, issues get resolved faster. Our regional account managers are in the same time zone, understand your local conditions, and can dispatch solutions from nearby facilities when urgent needs arise. No call centers, no runaround.
Service Capabilities by Region
Each region we serve has unique characteristics that shape pallet demand and logistics requirements. Here is how we tailor our approach to each area.

The region is home to major ports in Portland, Seattle, and Tacoma that handle billions of dollars in international trade, all of it requiring reliable pallet supply.
